If you are already served with a disconnection notice or your payment has passed the allowed 30 days, please produce any one of the following as proof of your online bill payment in case disconnection gangs arrived at your location.

1. A printout of the web payment receipt.
2. A soft copy of the payment receipt saved in your computer.
3. A SMS indicating your account balance using the “Know your bill by SMS” facility. - Simply type B followed by the 10 digit Account Number, with or without a space, and send to 1987. Details of how to use this facility is given at the home page.
