The 55th anniversary of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) was commemorated at CEB Headquarters. The Chairman of CEB, Dr. Tilak Siyambalapitiya, participated in the event as the Chief Guest.
Eng. Pubudu Niroshan, Board Member of CEB, along with Eng. K. G. R. F. Comester, General Manager of CEB, other senior executives, and CEB staff, were also present on this occasion.
In parallel with the anniversary celebration, the annual blood donation campaign was held at the headquarters premises. The 55th anniversary of CEB was also commemorated Islandwide within all CEB offices, complexes and power stations.
