Foundation stones were laid for a building to house Panadura Consumer Service Center, on 8th March 2018. The event was attended by many senior officers of Ceylon Electricity Board including the General Manager Engineer A. K. Samarasinghe, Additional General Manager (DD4) Engineer P. C. C. Perera and Deputy General Manager (WPS I) Engineer Rohan Senevirathne.
The proposed building is of the E- City concept and it is proposed to be comprised of a drive through payment counter and commercial space. Through this, Ceylon Electricity Board expects to provide a very efficient service to the public.
